Sarita

This story, which I wrote for my Comics MFA thesis, is loosely based in the Ilocano epic Na Biag ni Lam Ang. Sarita is a spunky, rebellious young warrior-to-be who plans to follow in her father’s footsteps to become the next great Lakan of the kingdom of Maharlika.
